PG Tips and biscuits

My days off seemed to fly by, I went and collected kiln number two and a couple of bits of furniture to use. I've come across a load of wide metal brackets and shelves that should be plenty for now to use for wet pots. Check out my heater too, all being well I should be able to bring my other kiln across soon and that will be that, a somewhat jumbled but workable room to make pots in. The kiln in the above picture needs a bit of repairing on the lid, it's a bit flaky as it is ceramic fibre with a thin skin of brick, does anyone have experience with using ITC kiln repair products, I just wondered if they are any good? Feels really nice to have this on my doorstep I can't wait to get home from work and crack on everyday. Cup of tea and onto bed, ready for work in the morning.

Why not buy a few soft brick, glue 'em together and make your own lid? You might be able to use the frame you have. I hate those fiber lids and even the ITC will come flaking off eventually.

Thanks Dan, will take that bit of advice as the lid really has seen better days. The good thing is the interior brick work and elements look in very good condition.
Cheers for your comment.
